OurChurchLink is a mobile application designed to connect church members and facilitate spiritual community through:

Communication with pastoral team

Media streaming (sermons, worship, podcasts)
Prayer requests and testimony sharing
Membership applications and event requests
Community features and notifications

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. User Account and Security

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the App
Share false information or impersonate others
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share content that conflicts with Christian values and church doctrine

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share
You grant us a license to use your content to provide App services
You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your content

6.2 Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws
Bible content (KJV) is in the public domain
Sermons, devotional content, and other materials remain property of Innosoftech Pros LLP or the Church uploading such content.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

6.3 User-Generated Content

Prayer requests and testimonies you mark as “public” will be visible to other app users
Private content is only accessible to designated church staff as configured in the admin panel
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services
