This Privacy Policy describes how Innosoftech Pros LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our OurChurchLink mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with transparency and care, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

OurChurchLink is a faith-based application providing church-related content, multilingual Bible resources, media streaming, and community tools. It is designed to be a safe and wholesome platform suitable for users of all ages.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information You Provide

OurChurchLink collects only the following user-provided information:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile information (including profile photo)
• Messages and communication data (pastoral chat, prayer requests)
• Uploaded content when given (photos, documents such as ID proof, marriage and birth certificates)
• Membership information provided during membership applications

2.2 What We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect the following:

• Location data
• Device information (device type, OS, identifiers)
• Analytics or usage tracking data
• Advertising identifiers

2.3 Minimal Technical Data

We collect only minimal technical data that is strictly required for app functionality and security (for example, session tokens and basic error logs). This data is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties.

2.4 Social Login

Currently, our App does not use social logins or third-party authentication such as Google Sign-In. All user accounts are created directly within the App. We may introduce social login features in future updates, and this policy will be updated accordingly prior to any such integration.

3. User Account Requirement

User login is required to access the core features of the App, including:

• Viewing church content and media
• Registering for events and activities
• Communication features (pastoral chat, prayer requests)

4. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used strictly for:

• Account creation and management
• Providing church-related content, devotionals, Bible resources, and media
• Event registration and participation coordination
• Communication between users and church staff
• Processing membership applications
• Push notifications related to church events and updates

We do NOT use data for:

• Advertising or marketing to users
• Tracking users across other apps or websites
• Selling or sharing data for marketing purposes

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5.2 Limited Sharing

Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Within Church Administration: With church leadership, pastoral staff, and relevant ministry teams for event coordination, membership management, and pastoral support, as configured through the admin panel
• Legal Requirements: When required to comply with applicable law, a court order, or to protect the safety of users

5.3 Public vs. Private Content

• Prayer requests and testimonies marked as “public” are visible to all app users
• Private content is only accessible to designated church staff as configured in the admin panel

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 No Analytics or Advertising SDKs

OurChurchLink does NOT use:

• Third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Advertising SDKs or ad networks
• Cross-app or cross-website tracking technologies

We may use basic infrastructure services (such as hosting and push notification providers) strictly for app functionality. These providers operate under data protection agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

6.2 Media Streaming Platforms

The App integrates with the following platforms for church media delivery:

• YouTube: Used to stream the church’s live worship services, special events, and programmes via the church’s official YouTube channel. When you access YouTube content through the App, YouTube may collect data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
• Spotify and Similar Platforms: The App may provide access to worship music, praise recordings, and audio content via the church’s official Spotify channel or similar audio platforms. Use of such content is subject to the respective platform’s privacy policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party platforms. OurChurchLink does not control how these platforms handle your data.

6.3 Church-Uploaded Content

Sermons, worship recordings, teachings, and other audio/video content uploaded directly by Church Admins and authorised church management are hosted on the App’s infrastructure or approved hosting providers. All uploaded content is curated by church leadership and is family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.

6.4 Future Integrations

At present, the App does not use social login services. Future versions may integrate with platforms such as Google for authentication. Any such integration will be disclosed in an updated Privacy Policy before implementation.

7. Tracking Declaration

OurChurchLink does not track users across third-party apps or websites.

We do not use any third-party tracking tools, advertising frameworks, or cross-app tracking technologies. This declaration applies to our App as published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The only data collected is what users voluntarily provide and the minimal technical data required for secure app functionality, as described in Section 2 of this policy.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication protocols
• Regular security assessments
• Strict access controls limiting data access to authorised church staff only
• Secure storage for uploaded documents and certificates

Users can:

• Access and update their personal data at any time through the App
• Delete their account at any time
• Request removal of specific uploaded content

• Control privacy settings for prayer requests and testimonies

10. Children’s Privacy and All-Age Safety

OurChurchLink is a faith-based, family-friendly platform designed to be safe and appropriate for users of all ages. The App provides church-related spiritual content, open-source multilingual Bible resources, devotionals, and community tools that are wholesome and suitable for children, youth, and adults alike.

For users under the age of 13, we require parental or guardian consent before account creation. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, manage, or request deletion of their child’s information.

For users between 13 and 17 years of age, parental awareness and consent is encouraged. All content is moderated by church leadership to ensure age-appropriateness.

If we discover that personal information has been collected from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

11. Multilingual Bible Content

OurChurchLink includes access to multiple Bible translations in various languages. These Bible texts are sourced from open-source, publicly available repositories and are provided for personal study, devotion, and spiritual growth.

No personal data is collected in connection with your Bible reading activity. Bible reading history such as bookmarks and reading progress may be stored locally on your device.

12. Payments and Financial Transactions

Currently, OurChurchLink does not integrate any payment gateway. The App does not process, store, or transmit any financial or payment card information.

The App may display information on how to make contributions to your church (such as bank details or UPI handles), but all financial transactions are conducted entirely outside the App. This policy will be updated if payment functionality is introduced in the future.

13. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as:

• Your account remains active
• Necessary to provide our services
• Required by law or legitimate church interests
• Prayer requests and testimonies: Until you delete them or close your account
• Administrative records: As required for church governance

14. International Data Transfers

If you access our App from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India where our servers are located.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through:
