How does the admin panel work?

Can we export member data and reports?

Yes! The admin panel includes downloadable reports for member data, donations, event participation, and more. This helps church boards and committees track engagement and generate necessary reports. Contact us for specific export format questions.

How quickly will I receive a response?

Why is my account pending approval?

All new accounts require approval from church administrators to ensure a safe, trusted community. This process typically takes 24-48 business hours. You will receive a notification once your account is approved. If it’s been longer than 48 hours, please contact us on support@ourchurchlink.com

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps first:

  1. Close and restart the app
  2. Check for app updates in your app store
  3. Restart your device
  4. Clear app cache (Android) or reinstall the app
  5. Ensure you have a stable internet connection

If the problem persists, contact us with details about when the crashes occur (specific features, actions, etc.).

Features are missing or not working properly. Help!
